Baltimore Marine Recovery, was recently recognized at the annual TowBoatU.S. conference for its superior operational and administrative performance in 2015.  The “Smooth Sailing Award” is presented to one TowBoatU.S. towing company each year that provides flawless operational response to its customers and for ensuring administrative accuracy when dealing with BoatU.S.  As TowBoatUS Annapolis/Baltimore/Middle River, our Captains responded to nearly 1500 dispatches in 2015.  Baltimore Marine Recovery was also honored to receive the Dell Reynolds Award for the Mid-Atlantic Region for accurate, responsive dispatch communications with BoatUS.  We work very hard each season to make sure that our customers are happy and they continue to be our members.  Thanks #BoatUS for recognizing these efforts with your accolades.
