Captain Dale Plummer, started his towing career in 2008 and purchased TowBoatU.S. Annapolis-Baltimore in 2010. Captain Dale, who holds a 100-ton masters captain’s license, leads the company in all towing and salvage cases throughout the upper bay.

Captain Brandon Jackson joined the U.S.C.G. in 2009 and served as a Certified Tactical Coxswain and Federal Boarding Officer for eleven years before he was recruited by TowBoatU.S. as the Operations Fleet Manager.

Captain Jim Tate has his 200-ton masters captain's license and works for the Department of Natural Resources aboard the A.V. Sandusky, an 80 ft. buoy tender/ice breaker. Captain Jim regularly works the Patapsco River and nearby tributaries for TowBoatU.S.

Captain Brian Plummer earned his captains license and towing endorsement at age 18. While working as a TowBoatU.S. captain, commercial crabber and hunting guide, he earned a Business degree from Salisbury University. Captain Brian serves the Bay Bridge area north.

Past Commodore of Baltimore Yacht Club and Chesapeake Commodore's Club, Captain Gary Blankenship has his 100-ton masters captain's license and has been with TowBoatU.S. since 2017 serving the extended Middle and Back Rivers area.

With thirty years experience in civil engineering and emergency response services, Captain Erick Bebber earned his 100-ton masters captain’s license in 2017 and began serving TowBoatU.S. members in the Back, Middle, Gunpowder and Bush Rivers, northwards.
