Captain Jim, a life-long resident of Pasadena, worked on a commercial crabbing boat on the Chesapeake Bay and tugboats for Moran Towing in Baltimore before launching his own sediment and erosion control company, JCB Landworks LLC. over sixteen years ago. He spends his free time fishing, hunting, recreational boating and enjoying the great outdoors with his wife and daughter.
