Captain JW was raised in Bay Ridge where he developed his love of the Chesapeake Bay. For 25 years, he owned and operated the Bluewater Charter boat, "Banshee" out of Ocean City. He holds a 100 ton Near Coastal Master license with towing endorsement. JW currently lives in Annapolis and manages Widmayer Properties, Inc. On his days off, you can find him boating, hunting and fishing.
