Captain Robert Schultz has been on the water most of his life beginning his competitive sailing career at the age of 7. Nationally ranked, Rob continued to sail for College of Charleston and has sailed several off shore races including Newport to Bermuda and Annapolis to Newport.
Captain Rob joined TowBoatUS Annapolis in 2010 and is currently managing the Annapolis territory. He has a 50 ton Masters license with a towing endorsement, and is CPR and SCUBA open water dive certified. On his days off, Rob is either sailing on his “work in progress” a 1961 B40 “Galatea” or fishing and cruising on his classic 1972 Bertram 31 Sedan. Rob likes to spend as much time as possible fishing and diving in the Florida Keys.
